GO SUB Tag Settings

Manage tags assigned to subscription customers and orders.Shopify tags can be used for filtering in customer and order management, and can also be utilized in integration with other third-party services such as LINE, Klaviyo, Next Engine, Open Log, and Logless.

You can configure tag settings from Settings > Tags.

Customer management tags

Tags can be assigned to customers who have placed subscription orders.
In addition to contractors, active, and inactive, custom tags can be assigned from the following items.
* The maximum number of tag characters is 255, and any excess will be automatically shortened and assigned.
* Items related to contracts are identified from the latest 10 subscription order information.
* Product and variation information is limited to the first 25 unique items of each subscription.

  • Product ID
  • Product Name
  • Variation ID
  • Variation Name
  • SKU
  • Subscription Plan Name

Order Management Tags

Tags can be assigned to subscription orders.

*Order management tags are limited to 40 characters, and any excess will be automatically shortened and assigned. *There is a limit of 100 orders for the number of times.

  • Subscription ID
  • Subscription plan name
  • Subscription frequency

Assigned tags can be checked from the order list management screen and the order detail management screen.

Tag synchronization and removal process

By performing tag synchronization, you can apply the set tag information to past customers and orders.

By performing the tag removal process, you can remove all tags assigned by Go Sub for each customer and order.
