Notification email to customers
- Pre-order confirmation email
- Sent to you before a subscription order is created.
Pre-order confirmation email number of days setting
You can specify the number of days before an order is created that you want to send a notification email to your customers.
We recommend that you set this up before you change or cancel your subscription on your account page.

- Payment failure notification email
- Sent to customers when a credit card payment fails.
- Subscription contract initiation email
- Sent to you when you start your subscription.
- Subscription renewal emails
- Sent to you when you renew your subscription.
The same email will be sent regardless of the content. If you would like to send separate emails for each change, please use the individual emails below.
- Delivery date change email
- This will be sent to you when the delivery date and time of your next order has been changed.
- Next order date change email
- This will be sent to you when your next order date is changed.
- Skip emails for subscription orders
- This will be sent to you the next time you skip an order.
- Subscription Product Change Email
- This will be sent to you when the items in your next order are changed.
- Subscription plan change email
- This will be sent to you when the plan for your next order has been changed.
- Subscription Box Change Email
- This will be sent to you when the box for your next order is changed.
- Subscription suspension email
- Sent to you when your subscription is suspended.
- Subscription contract validity email
- Sent to you when your subscription becomes active.
- Subscription cancellation email
- Sent to you when your subscription is cancelled.
- Subscription expiration email
- Sent to you when your subscription expires.
Editing an Email Template
Text editing
Liquid, HTML, and CSS (inline styles only) can be used, allowing for free customization.
Rich text editing
You can easily edit using the rich text editor, even if you don't have knowledge of HTML or CSS.
Available Liquid variables can also be inserted with a click.
Preview display
A preview of the email will be displayed. Please be sure to send a test email as the actual content may differ from what is sent.
Notification email to stores

- Subscription contract start
- It will be sent to the email address specified by the store when you start your subscription contract.
- Cancelling your subscription
- When you cancel your subscription, a confirmation email will be sent to the store's designated email address.
- Suspending a Subscription
- This will be sent to the email address specified by the store when your subscription is suspended.
- Skip Subscription Orders
- This will be sent to the email address specified by the store when you skip a subscription order.
- Subscription expiration
- This will be sent to the store's designated email address when your subscription expires.
- Resuming or repurchasing a subscription
- It will be sent to the email address specified by the store when you resume or repurchase your subscription.
- Subscription Order Advance Notification
- A notification email will be sent to the store's designated email address before the subscription order is created. You can also set a policy for advance notification emails for subscription orders. A notification email will be sent to the store "n" days before the subscription order creation date.
- Payment failure notification email
- This will be sent to the email address specified by the store when a payment fails.
- Subscription order error
- Sent to the store's designated email address when an error occurs while creating a subscription order.
Notification settings using Flow
If you want to notify your store when a plan or product is changed in a customer's account, you can send an email using the Go Sub trigger provided in Flow.
