Permissions settings for your account page

In the settings on the customer account page, Customer Account PageThis manages what you can change in your subscription.
*Changes made by the customer will be reflected from the next order cycle and will not affect orders that have already been created.

Next Order Change Policy

"Settings" > "Customer Account Page Settings" > By checking the "Prevent Changes" option, you can set a date when changes to future orders can be made.

You will be able to make changes on your My Page up until the date you set here.

• If "Prevent Changes" is not checked: Customers can change or cancel their order up until the order is created.
• If you check "Prevent changes" and set it to 0 days, changes or cancellations will not be possible after midnight on the day the order is created.
  • Customers can make changes or cancel orders up until 11:59pm on the day before the order is created.
  • Example: If the order creation date is January 10th, orders cannot be placed after midnight on January 10th, but can be placed up until 11:59 PM on January 9th.
• If you check "Prevent changes" and set it to 1 day, changes or cancellations will not be possible after midnight on the day before the order is created.
  • Customers can make changes or cancel orders up until 11:59pm on the day before the order creation date. 
  • Example: If the order creation date is January 10th, orders cannot be placed after midnight on January 9th, but can be placed up until 11:59 PM on January 8th.
• The time zone is based on your store's settings.

Next subscription order date

① Change the order date

Customers can choose to change their order date or purchase immediately.
If you click "Buy Now" from your customer account, your order will be created within one hour of that time. Please note that this is not an instant order.

Using "Buy Now" will not change the next order date.

Enabling this feature will allow you to change your next order date without changing it.I will create the order now.
If this feature is disabled, the cycle set in your plan will be applied starting from the order date created with Buy Now.

example:
Plan cycle: every month
Previous order date: January 1st
Next order scheduled for: February 1st

=If the customer clicked "Buy Now" on January 15th=

• Next order scheduled date when the feature is enabled: February 1st
  • The date remains unchanged from the set date.
• Next order scheduled date if the feature is disabled: February 15th
  • The order date changes starting from the order date when the order was created using "Buy Now".
    

Number of days available when changing the next order date

When changing the next order date, you can set the minimum and maximum dates and times that customers can select.

Example: If you set the initial value to 1 and the maximum to 30.
The range for which you can change the order date is 30 days from tomorrow.

Subscription products and plans

② Change or delete product

This allows you to switch to other products within the same subscription group.

③ Adding products

This allows you to add and remove other products within the same subscription group.

Adding non-subscription items is controlled by the same button. It is not possible to show or hide either option separately.

② Change of product quantity

This feature allows you to change the quantity of items. Minimum and maximum quantities can be set.

⑤ Change of plan

This allows you to switch to other plans within the same subscription group.

Update the next order creation date when changing your plan.

When this feature is enabled, if you change your plan, the next order creation date will be changed based on the date of your last (previous) order.

example:
Plan cycle: every month
Previous order date: January 1st
Next order scheduled for: February 1st

=If the customer changed their plan cycle to "every two months" on January 15th=

• Next order scheduled date when the feature is enabled: March 1st
  • Starting from the previous cycle on January 1st, a new cycle of "every two months" will be applied, and the scheduled order date will change. (The next cycle will be on May 1st.)
• Next order scheduled date if the feature is disabled: February 1st
  • The original order date will not be changed. The "every two months" rule will apply to orders placed after February 1st. (The next order after February 1st is April 1st.)

Subscription delivery date and address

⑥ Display and change of delivery date

If you check the box, the delivery date will be displayed on your My Page, and you will be able to change the delivery date.

If you check the box to make changes,This allows customers to change the delivery date for their next order. The earliest available date will be the earliest possible delivery date based on the store's delivery date and time settings.

⑤ Display and change of delivery time

If you check the box, the delivery time will be displayed on your My Page, and you will be able to change or select a different delivery time. 

⑥ Display and change delivery address

If you check this box, your shipping address will be displayed on your My Page, and you will be able to change your shipping address. 

*If you wish to change the delivery address for your subscription orders, you must change the address here. Your address information is stored separately from the address on your Shopify account profile, and simply changing the default address will not change your subscription delivery address.

Subscription Status 

⑨ Show/hide the skip function.

If you check this box, you will be able to skip your next order from your My Page.

Maximum number of skips

You can set a limit on the number of times you can skip at once by enabling the setting to enable the skip limit and setting the limit number.
If set to "2", customers can skip up to two consecutive orders. Once the limit is reached, the skip button will disappear until the next order is created.
(You can skip this step from the admin panel regardless of the number of times you are limited.)

If you reach the skip limit, your account page will display the following:

⑩ Availability of pause and resume function

If you check this box, you will be able to temporarily suspend your next order from your My Page. You cannot set an expiration date for the suspension.

⑪Display of cancellation function

If you check this box, you will be able to cancel your next order from your My Page.

Cancellation prevention custom pop-up and cancellation survey

Order Notes

If checked, the order memo in the contract information will be displayed on the customer account screen.
Please check this box only if you have entered information that you wish to share with customers. If you are using this information for internal company notes, please uncheck it.

*Please note that if you enable the removal of discount codes, it may be possible for customers to apply the coupon multiple times.
We recommend keeping this setting turned off.
