Customer account page authority setting

In the setting of the customer account page,Customer account pageManage what can change the content of the subscription.
※The content that has been changed by the customer will be reflected from the next order cycle and will not affect the ordered order.

Next order change policy

"Settings"> "Customer Account Page Settings"> "By checking the "change prevention", it is possible to set a possible date for the next order after the next order.

Customers will be able to operate the change on My Page before the date set here.

Example: When it is 10 days before the next note
If the regular cycle is one month and the order is ordered on the 15th of every month
Until the 5th, it will be possible to change it on My Page.
It will not be possible to change on My Page on 6-15 days.

Next order date for subscription

① By clicking on the order date, customers can change the order date and select purchase now.

When changing the next note, you can set the minimum and maximum of the date and time you can select.

Example: If you first set 1 and up to 30
The range that can be selected by changing the order date can be selected from tomorrow to 30 days.

Subscription product / plan

② Change the product: Make it possible to change the same subscription group to other products.

③ Add and delete products: Make it possible to add the same subscription group to other products.

② Change the quantity of the product: It is possible to change the quantity of the product. The minimum, maximum number can be set.

⑤ Display of the delivery date: If you check, the delivery date will be displayed on My Page, and you will be able to select the delivery date.

⑤ Change of delivery date: It is possible to change the delivery date of the next order from the customer. The shortest date of selected is the shortest delivery date based on the store delivery date and time setting.

⑤ Display and change of delivery time: If you check it, the delivery time will be displayed on My Page, and you will be able to select the delivery time.

⑥ Display and change delivery address: If you check it, the delivery address will be displayed on My Page, and you will be able to select the delivery address.
