Permissions settings for your account page

In your account page settings, Customer Account PageManage what you can change about your subscription.
* Any changes you make will be reflected in the next order cycle and will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Next Order Change Policy

Settings > Customer Account Page Settings > By checking "Prevent changes," you can set a date on which changes can be made to your next order.

You will be able to make changes on your My Page up until the date you set here.

• If "Prevent Changes" is not checked: Customers can change or cancel their order up until the order is created.
• If you check "Prevent changes" and set it to 0 days, changes or cancellations will not be possible after midnight on the day the order is created.
  • Customers can make changes or cancel orders up until 11:59pm on the day before the order is created.
  • Example: If the order creation date is January 10th, orders cannot be placed after midnight on January 10th, but can be placed up until 11:59 PM on January 9th.
• If you check "Prevent changes" and set it to 1 day, changes or cancellations will not be possible after midnight on the day before the order is created.
  • Customers can make changes or cancel orders up until 11:59pm on the day before the order creation date. 
  • Example: If the order creation date is January 10th, orders cannot be placed after midnight on January 9th, but can be placed up until 11:59 PM on January 8th.
• The time zone is based on your store's settings.

Next subscription order date

① Change the order date
Customers can choose to change the order date or buy it now.

When changing the next order date, you can set the minimum and maximum dates and times that customers can select.

Example: If you set the initial value to 1 and the maximum value to 30
When changing the order date, you can select a date from tomorrow up to 30 days in advance.

Subscription products and plans

② Change of product
It is possible to change to other products in the same subscription group.

③ Adding or deleting products
Allows you to add other products to the same subscription group and remove products.

② Change in product quantity
You can change the quantity of the product. You can set the minimum and maximum number.

④ Change of plan
Allows you to change to a different plan in the same subscription group.

⑤Display of delivery date
If you check this box, the delivery date will be displayed on your My Page and you will be able to change the delivery date.

⑤Change of delivery date
Allows customers to change the delivery date for their next order. The earliest date available is the earliest possible delivery date based on the store's delivery date and time settings.

⑤ Display and change delivery time
If you check this box, the delivery time will be displayed on your My Page and you will be able to change the delivery time.

⑥ View and change shipping address
If you check this box, your delivery address will be displayed on your My Page and you will be able to change it.

10. Display of repurchase options after cancellation

Cancellation Survey

If you click "Edit" on the right side of the cancellation survey, the following screen will appear.

If the display format is a checkbox, you can select multiple reasons for cancellation.
If the display format is Select, you can only select a single cancellation reason.

You can change the order in which cancellation reasons are displayed by dragging and dropping.

Please check only if you have entered content that you would like to share with your customers, and uncheck if it is being used as an internal memo, etc.
