お客様はここで設定した日付より前までマイページにて変更の操作が可能となります。

例：次回注文日の10日前としたとき
定期サイクルが1ヶ月で、毎月15日に注文の場合
5日まではマイページでの変更可能になります。
6 - 15日はマイページでの変更不可になります。

Note: The order cycle and billing cycle function independently. For example, if a customer receives a product once a month but pays once a year, then: Order Cycle: Every 1 month Billing Cycle: Every 12 orders (once per year) Be sure to double-check your pricing settings.

If the order cycle is monthly and the billing cycle is every 3 orders, but the product price remains at ¥5,000, the customer will still be charged only ¥5,000 every 3 months—instead of the intended ¥15,000.

お客様から次回の注文のお届け日の変更を可能にします。選択可能な最短の日付は、ストアのお届け日時の設定に基づいた、最短の可能なお届け日となります。

⑤お届け時間の表示、変更
チェックを入れた場合、マイページにてお届け時間が表示され、お届け時間の変更選択が可能になりなります。

⑥配送先住所を表示、変更
チェックを入れた場合、マイページにて配送先住所が表示され、配送先住所の変更選択が可能になりなります。

解約時アンケートの右側「編集する」をクリックすると以下のような画面になります。

表示形式がチェックボックスの場合、複数の解約理由の選択肢を選ぶことができます。
表示形式がセレクトの場合、単一の解約理由のみを選択できます。

解約理由の表示順はドラッグ＆ドロップで変更することができます。

お客様と共有したい内容を入力されている場合のみチェックをいれていただき、社内メモ等で使用されている場合はチェックを外してください。
