Shop is like a mall provided by Shopify, where you can manage your address and purchase history all in one place by having a Shop account and shopping.
Regarding the sales of subscriptions set up with GO SUB
You can sell subscriptions set up with GO SUB on Shop, but please note the following points.
Especially if there are various settings for the billing cycle and other aspects of the plan, please test thoroughly to ensure that purchases linked to the subscription plan can be made without issues.
- Subscription options will be displayed on Shop, but the plan name and plan details will not be shown. Please be aware if you have specified a minimum purchase frequency or other conditions.
- You cannot cancel or change your subscription through the Shop account. You need to handle it from your customer account page on the online store.
- There is a possibility that the parent product of the subscription BOX will be sold as a single product. Please make sure to remove the Shop from the publication source for the parent product.
Enable/disable subscription sales in the Shop app.
Please set it in Shopify > Shop > Settings > Subscription.

Shopify Flow
The triggers provided by GO SUB are as follows.
Custom triggers for Shopify Flow based on customer behavior.
- Change of contract status (Status change)
- Change of product (Product change)
- Change of delivery date (Next delivery date change)
- Change of contract cycle (plan) (Cycle change)
- Cancel all contracts (Customer inactive)
- Triggered when all active contracts are gone.
Custom trigger in Shopify Flow based on the system
- Subscription order creation (Billing success / Recurring order created)
- Subscription order failed (Billing failed)
- Pre-order notification (Upcoming notification)
- Triggered when the email set in the GO SUB notification setting 'Pre-order confirmation email' is sent.

Next Engine
You can integrate with Next Engine based on order tags. When you enable the tag function for Next Engine in the tag settings, tags for Next Engine will be automatically assigned to orders when subscriptions are created.
Klaviyo
You can integrate with Klaviyo based on customer tags. By setting up customer management tags, you can create segment distributions in Klaviyo using Shopify's customer management tags and send newsletters.
Delivery Date Specification
To specify a delivery date for the first purchase of a subscription, an additional app is required. For information on the types of apps, please refer to the delivery date app introduction article. For settings in Go Sub, please refer to this.
EasyPoints
With EasyPoints, points can be granted for subscriptions, but customers cannot apply point discounts to subscription products.
LINE (CRM PLUS on LINE, DMM Chat Boost)
Integration with LINE (CRM PLUS on LINE, DMM Chat Boost) is possible based on customer tags.
By setting customer management tags, you can create segmented deliveries in the CRM PLUS on LINE app and send messages from the official LINE account.
RuffRuff Pre-order Sales
Seamless integration with RuffRuff, which offers pre-order sales functionality, is possible.
RuffRuff is a highly functional app that not only supports pre-order sales but also various features such as limited-time sales, early discounts, and order restrictions.
