Slack support is available if you're connected through Slack Connect, no matter which plan you're on.

Important notes regarding the Shopify support plan

  • All meetings and internal conferences are counted as working hours.
  • Please note that these prices may change without prior notice.
  • Even if there is no work performed, the set minimum amount for the plan will be billed.
  • Support hours are weekdays from 9am to 6pm Japan time.
    We are closed on weekends and public holidays, and cannot respond during those times.
  • If you would like support in the US time zone, the US dollar pricing plan will apply.
  • 10% discount for annual contracts.
  • The following items are not supported by the Shopify Support Plan:
    - Backend implementations such as app development
    - Advertising operations

FAQ

A. You can choose from five different plans according to your preferences. Special plans are available for up to 5 hours per month.

We have prepared a minimum plan, so please feel free to use it.

A. We can communicate via Slack or email (availability depends on the plan). From daily quick consultations to requests for tasks, we value smooth and efficient communication.

A. If it’s a business day, we will respond as much as possible. However, depending on the nature of the work and the availability of the person in charge, additional fees may apply. If you require priority support, please let us know in advance.

A. Yes, I can handle tasks related to Shopify (such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, other integration tools, banner creation, basic image editing, etc.).

A. It depends on the plan you sign up for. Monthly contracts are also available. If you sign up for an annual contract, you will receive a 10% discount off the regular price.

A. We will conduct a hearing during the initial consultation, clarify the scope of support, and then provide our proposal and estimate.

Additionally, since we also provide work reports and share progress, you won't have to worry about not knowing "what's being done and how much has been completed."
