Go Sub can be integrated with Shopify Flow. Go Sub provides custom triggers for Shopify Flow, allowing you to automate email notifications and CRM actions related to subscriptions using these triggers!

Integration between Shopify Flow workflow and Go Sub

Example 1 - Send an email when a customer cancels all contracts

 

When a customer cancels all contracts,Shopify Email'sShopify FlowYou can use the action to send a template email containing recommended products or coupon codes.

 

  1. 「お客様が全契約を解約する」トリガーを選択する

  2. Select the "Send marketing email" action from the Shopify Email app, and then select the email template from the Shopify Email app

Example 2 - Add a customer tag when a subscription order is placed for the second time

 

Second timeYou can assign a special "Second Subscription Order" tag to customers for email segmentation when they place their second subscription order.
 

  1. Using Go Sub’s tag feature, turn on the subscription ID and order count tags for order management tags from the tag settings page in the Go Sub app admin screen.

  2. In Shopify Flow, select the trigger "Recurring Order Created (for the second and subsequent subscription orders)"

  3. Set the condition so that the order tag includes "subscription-count:2".

  4. Select the "Add Customer Tag" action and set it to assign the tag "Second Subscription Order Placed".

Example 3 - Send a pre-notification email for subscription orders via LINE

 

Provided by Go SubUsing the pre-notification email feature,CRM Plus on LINE'sShopify FlowBy using this action, you can simultaneouslyLINEsend a message.

 

  1. Using Go Sub’s notification feature, turn on the "Order Pre-confirmation Email" from the notification settings page in the Go Sub app admin screen.

  2. Set the number of days in advance to send a confirmation email before the order is placed or a template, such as a pre-order notification (notifying the customer, and specifying the number of days before the subscription order creation date).

  3. In Shopify Flow, select the "Subscription Order Pre-Notification (Upcoming order notification)" trigger.

  4. In CRM Plus on LINE, select the "Send Text Message" action and compose your message.
