As a D2C brand with the concept of "gentle habits that help me feel balanced", we propose health not as a special event, but as an everyday "normal habit".
To ensure that everyone can continue "gentle health habits" without strain, we will deliver items that support all people.
Q. What kind of people do you want to use &WELL products, and how?
The main target audience is women in their 20s to 60s who are looking to improve their health on a daily basis.
A recommended way to use powdered tea is to put the powdered tea in a cup, mix it with a small amount of water to form a paste, and then pour hot water over it.
Additionally, you can enjoy variations that can be easily continued in daily life, such as mixing it with milk or soy milk, or adding it to yogurt.

Our main product is powdered tea such as "azuki tea," which is made by finely grinding the whole material.
It features the ability to consume all the nutrients without the "waste" of discarding tea leaves like traditional health teas or the "hassle" of brewing.
Additionally, we also offer supplements that support our customers' health from multiple angles .
Q. Please tell us about the reasons you chose GO SUB and your experience using it.
The main reasons for choosing GO SUB are the "integration support of the warehouse system" and the "peace of mind of Japanese language support" .
Initially, we had implemented a different subscription app, but it was unable to integrate with the warehouse system we were using, which posed significant challenges for our shipping operations. During our consideration of a replacement, we came across GO SUB. We are yet to receive direct feedback on the subscription feature, but I feel that we have been able to maintain a continuous connection with customers through the subscription. Rather than just selling products, I want to continue to cherish the relationship with each customer and provide more supportive services.
Q. Lastly, please share your future outlook!
Our goal is to provide customers with healthy habits through the concept of "Cultivating Myself, Gentle Habits". We believe that the most important thing is to continue healthy habits.
Therefore, we would like to further utilize the GO SUB subscription system in the future, while closely aligning with each customer's lifestyle, to help them establish "healthy habits" naturally and effortlessly.
