Example: Automating Re-engagement with Shopify Flow

Trigger: Customer cancels all active subscriptions

Action: Automatically apply a customer tag such as “No Active Subscriptions”

Follow-up: Use this tag to segment customers and send targeted re-engagement emails (e.g. “We noticed you’ve cancelled—ready to restock your favorites?”)

Outcome: Reconnect with customers who cancelled due to having leftover products, etc., encouraging them to resume their subscription.

Next Engine

Go Sub integrates with Next Engine using order tags.
By enabling the "Subscription ID & count" option in your tag settings, subscription orders will automatically be assigned a tag compatible with Next Engine upon creation.

 

Klaviyo

Go Sub supports integration with Klaviyo via customer tags.
By setting customer management tags, you can create segmented audiences in Klaviyo based on Shopify's customer tags, enabling targeted email campaigns.

 

Delivery Date & Time Apps

An additional app is required to allow customers to select delivery dates and times for their first subscription order.

EasyPoints

While EasyPoints allows customers to earn points on subscription purchases, using points to apply discounts on subscription products is not currently supported.

 

LINE (CRM PLUS, DMM Chatboost)

Go Sub integrates with LINE-based CRM apps through customer tags.
By configuring customer tags, you can create segmented audiences within the CRM PLUS on LINE app and send targeted messages directly from your LINE Official Account.
