Add non-subscription items (optional)

This function responds to customer requests such as, "I would like to add that item only to next month's order," or "I'm worried about the shipping cost when buying just one item, so I would like it to be included in the regular delivery."

Adding non-subscription items. Details here.

Group hidden products (optional)

You can specify which products within a plan group do not display subscription plans on their product pages. This plan group will not be displayed on the settings page of the products you configure here.
The use cases are as follows:

Plan cycle and discount rate settings

①Plan name

② Plan explanation

This will be displayed in the option description on the product page and on the contract page in the admin panel.

③Plan order cycle

It can be set in units of days, weeks, months, or years.

④ Set a different billing cycle from your order cycle

You can set up a "lump-sum payment" option.

Lump-sum payment (billing cycle) Details here

⑤ Fixed order date/delivery date

  • none
    • Orders are created based on the cycle from the initial order, without fixed order or delivery dates.
  •  Fix the order date for subsequent orders.
    • You can choose between weekly, monthly, or yearly order cycles.
    • You can streamline delivery operations and fix payment dates to suit your procurement needs (e.g., the 17th of every month, every Friday, etc.).
    • The date of your initial order will be the date you check out.
  • Fix the delivery date for all orders.
    • This option is available for weekly and monthly order cycles.
    • From your first order, your order will be created to ensure delivery on your specified delivery date.

For months where there is no fixed date for either the order date or the delivery date, the last day of that month will be designated.
Example: If the designated fixed date is the 31st: February is the 28th (29th in a leap year), April is the 30th, etc.

Fix the order date for subsequent orders.

The first purchase date is at your discretion, but you can set a fixed date for subsequent orders.
*If a customer changes their next order date from their account page, the fixed date will no longer apply thereafter. The store settings' time zone is used to calculate the fixed date.

The two types behave differently.

  • Minimum number of days until the second order date
    • You can set a fixed interval of days between the initial order date and a subsequent order date.
    • Example 1: Fixed day (1 day), interval of 7 days, If the order date is January 28th :
      • Since there are only 4 days until February 1st, which is less than the required interval, the next order date will be March 1st.
    • Example 2 Fixed day (1 day), interval of 7 days, If the order date is January 20th:
      • Since there are more than two days remaining until February 1st, the next order date will be February 1st.
  • Deadline for the second order
    • You can set a deadline.
    • Example 1: Fixed date 1st, deadline 15th, If the order date is January 20th:
      • The next deadline is February 15th, and the next order date will be March 1st.
    • Example 2 Fixed date: 1st, Deadline: 15th If the order date is January 10th:
      • The next deadline is January 15th, and the next order date will be February 1st.

You can run a simulation via the "Second Order Date Fixed Feature" link within the app.

Fix the delivery date for all orders.

The specified delivery date will be applied as the default for all orders, including first-time orders.

Orders are set based on the initial order date and order cycle, but the delivery date will be the date specified in the note attribute set for the order.

  • Example 1: Monthly plan, fixed delivery date is the 15th. If the order date is January 1st:
    • The delivery date will be set to January 15th in the note attribute. For the second order, the delivery date will be set to February 1st, and the delivery date will be set to February 15th.
  • Example 2: Monthly plan, fixed delivery date is the 15th. If the order date is January 16th:
    • The delivery date will be set to February 15th in the note attribute. For the second order, the delivery date will be set to March 15th, with the order placed on February 16th.

You can run a simulation via the "Fixed Delivery Date" link within the app.

Enabling this feature may result in extremely long order lead times, such as 30 days. In that case, the order may be created on Shopify, but the delivery address may be set to a month in the future. Therefore, please thoroughly check the behavior before enabling this feature.

By using this in conjunction with order creation based on delivery date, you can avoid long lead times. Please configure it according to your store's operations.

⑥ Fix the order time for the second and subsequent orders.

The first purchase date will be chosen by the customer, but from the second purchase onwards, you can set a fixed order time. The fixed time will be based on the time zone set in the store settings.

⑦ Minimum number of purchases for the planMaximum number of purchases for the plan

Minimum purchase requirement: This is the minimum number of purchases required before you can cancel your subscription.
Maximum number of purchases: This is the number of purchases before the contract automatically expires.

⑧ Plan discounts

  • Recurring discount: A constant discount rate.
  • Discounts for multiple visits: Discounts are available for first-time customers and for subsequent visits, depending on the number of times you use the service.

You can choose from the following discount rates: "percentage," "fixed discount price," or "fixed price."
*Calculations are based on the current selling price, not the price before discount (comparison price).

When editing your plan, you must exercise caution when changing the type of discount.
In particular, if you already have a contract tied to a plan, please be sure to read and understand the following precautions before making any changes.

  • Change to a discount based on the number of sessionsThis will apply to existing contracts starting with the second order onwards. (The amount for the next order will be calculated using the previous settings and will not be automatically updated.)
  • Change to a recurring discountExisting contracts will remain priced at the time of the change and will continue at that price.

⑨ Free shipping on orders from the second order onwards.

Turning this on will make shipping free for your second and subsequent subscription orders.
If you want to offer free shipping on all subscription orders from the very first order, please use the discount feature in conjunction with this offer.

⑩ Change the product with each order.

You can change the product depending on how many times you order a subscription.

  • Step type: Continue with the last specified product
  • Loop type: The specified product is delivered in a loop

There are two types, each of which can be set according to the purpose.
