Add non-subscription products
By using this function,I want to add that item to next month's order only.","It's too cheap to buy just one, so I'd like to add it to my monthly subscription and have it delivered together.We will respond to customer requests such as:
Regular subscription (3 items)
Regular subscription (3 items)
[Temporary addition] 4 products
(3 regular items + 1 tomato)
Automatically returns to normal (3 products)
Continue regular orders (3 items)
Set additional target products on the GO SUB management screen
GO SUB > Subscription Plan Group > Select the desired plan group.
In "3. Products outside of subscription (optional)", select the products you can add.
The maximum number of products that can be added is 250. You cannot add more than that or include all products in the store.
How to add products from your account
If non-subscription products have been added to the subscription plan group on the settings screen above, a button to add products will be displayed in the contract list of your customer account.
Once the item is added, it will be added to your next order.
After the next order is completed,Any non-subscription items will be automatically removed from your contract and you will be returned to your regular subscription..
If no additional products have been set in the subscription plan group on the app admin screen, you will not be able to add products from the customer screen.
How to add products in the admin screen
Go to GO SUB > Subscription Agreements and open the relevant agreement.
Click "Change" to the right of the "Non-subscription products for your next order" field.
Select the product you want to add in the next modal, confirm the price on the next screen, and then click the Change button to complete the addition.
Products outside of subscriptions are not subject to plan discounts, so the price set in Shopify will be displayed.
Change the price here if necessary.
Once setup is complete, non-subscription products will be added to your contract.
After the next order is completed,Any non-subscription items will be automatically removed from your contract and you will be returned to your regular subscription..


Recalculating shipping costs (settings required)
If you want to recalculate shipping costs due to an increase or decrease in the number of items, you will need to turn on the recalculation function from the app settings screen.

*Even if recalculation is turned on in the above settings, it may take a few seconds to a few minutes for the app to recalculate and display the shipping fee.

Plan cycle and discount rate settings

①Plan name
It will be displayed as a subscription option label on the product page.
② Plan explanation
This will be added to the option description on the product page and the plan description on the subscription contract page in the admin panel.

③Plan order cycle
It can be set in units of days, weeks, months, or years.
④ Set a different billing cycle from your order cycle
You can set up the "lump sum payment" function. For details,Go Sub lump sum paymentPlease check the page.
⑤ Fix the order date from the second order onwards
This feature can be useful in the following situations:
- Streamlining delivery operations like regular purchases
- I want to fix the settlement date for product purchasing reasons
By checking this box, you can set the order date from the second time onwards to a fixed date such as "every Friday" or "the 17th of every month" depending on the cycle.
By fixing the order date, you can consolidate tasks such as shipping.

*If your delivery cycle is monthly and you want to specify the end of the month, you can automatically set the end of the month by setting the order date to the 31st when fixing the order date from the second order onwards.
⑥Plan discounts
You can set the discount type from the following:
- Continuous discount: Always set a fixed discount rate
- Discounts for multiple purchases: Discount rates are set according to the cycle, such as first-time discounts and discounts for subsequent purchases.
If you want to set a first-time discount, please set it as a multiple-time discount.
Plan discount rate
You can set the discount rate as follows:
- percent
- Fixed discount price
- Fixed Price
*The discount rate is applied based on the price. It cannot be set based on the pre-discount price in product management.
⑦Minimum number of purchases for the plan
The minimum number of purchases a customer must make before they can cancel their subscription.
⑧Maximum number of purchases for the plan
This is the number of purchases you can make until your contract is automatically terminated (EXPIRED).
*If you are currently using a discount on multiple-use plans with another app and would like to switch to GoSub, please contact us in advance.
Depending on the content, it may not be possible to transfer all subscription contract information.
How to distribute samples using GoSub
GoSub allows you to apply multiple discounts.
This feature allows you to sign up for the first time for free.
- First time 100% discount
- Regular subscription discounts will be applied from the second time onwards
- If you don't like it, you can cancel after the second purchase (there is no minimum purchase requirement).
*The minimum number of purchases is two.
Once you set this, you will not be able to cancel the subscription for the set number of times, so you will not be able to cancel the subscription even after ordering the free sample price.
Please note that if you only wish to receive a sample, the contract will not be automatically terminated after the first use, so you will need to cancel the contract yourself.
