GO SUB Tag Settings

This manages the tags assigned to subscription customers and orders.Shopify tagsThis can be used for filtering in customer and order management, and can also be used in conjunction with other third-party services such as LINE, Klaviyo, Next Engine, OpenLogi, and Logiless.

You can configure tag settings from Settings > Tags.

Customer Management Tags

It is possible to assign tags to customers who have placed a subscription order.
In addition to subscriber, active, and inactive status, you can add custom tags from the following categories.
*The maximum tag length is 255 characters; any characters exceeding this will be automatically shortened before being added.
*Contract-related information is identified from the information of the 10 most recent subscription orders.
*Product and variation information is limited to the first 25 unique items in each subscription.

Order Management Tags

You can add tags to subscription orders.

*Order management tags are limited to 40 characters.Any amount exceeding the limit will be automatically shortened and added to the total.
*There is a limit of 100 orders per person.

  • Subscription ID
  • Subscription plan name
  • Number of subscriptions
  • Delivery date and time

The assigned tags can be viewed on the order list management screen and the order details management screen.

Generating custom tags

Customers and orders can select only the necessary information to create custom tags.

For example, by combining status and SKU, it is possible to narrow down the target product to only those customers who have a subscription.

Tag synchronization and removal process

By performing a tag synchronization process, you can apply the configured tag information to past customers and orders.

By performing a tag removal process, you can remove all tags assigned by GO SUB for each customer and order.
