Lump-sum Payment (Billing Cycle)

The Lump-Sum Payment feature allows customers to pay for multiple subscription cycles in a single payment.

To enable this feature, turn on the “Set a separate billing cycle" option in the subscription plan settings. Example: In a standard subscription where a ¥5,000 product is delivered monthly, customers are typically charged ¥5,000 each month. With the lump-sum payment feature enabled, customers can instead pay ¥15,000 every three months while still receiving the product monthly. With the lump-sum payment feature enabled, customers can instead pay ¥15,000 every three months while still receiving the product monthly.

On the other hand, if you have a summary function, you can use the same sub -skop service by paying 15,000 yen once every three months.

You can also choose whether to charge shipping fees per order or once per billing cycle.

Note: The order cycle and billing cycle function independently. For example, if a customer receives a product once a month but pays once a year, then: Order Cycle: Every 1 month Billing Cycle: Every 12 orders (once per year) Be sure to double-check your pricing settings.

If the order cycle is monthly and the billing cycle is every 3 orders, but the product price remains at ¥5,000, the customer will still be charged only ¥5,000 every 3 months—instead of the intended ¥15,000.

Enter the plan name / plan explanation / order cycle as usual. If you apply a summary payment, check "Set a request cycle different from the order cycle".
Then enter any value in "Order cycle ○ Request for each time".

If the product price is 2,000 yen, and the plan setting is set to "10%off once every three months", it can be realized by setting the following cycle and setting the fixed price to 5,400 yen.

 

Note: The lump-sum payment amount is not automatically calculated.

If you want to set the billing amount to 10%in three claims in three times, it is recommended that you use the fixed amount in the previous section.

As shown below, if the discount setting of the plan is set to "10%of the continuous discount", the amount charged once every three times is 10%of the set of one product amount.
