Customers who have had a contract in the past can manually create a contract on their behalf from the app management screen.
You can create the desired content by selecting "Subscription Contract" > "Create Contract" in the upper right corner > "Plan Group" or "Manual".
CSV export
You can download it from "Subscription Agreement" > "Others" in the upper right corner > "CSV Export".
A list of contracts reflecting the displayed filters and searches will be output.

Create an order
You can manually create a new subscription order by clicking Subscription Agreement > Select a contract > Create Order.

Skip order
You can manually skip one cycle by selecting "Subscription contract" > selecting the contract you want to change > "Skip order".
Customers who have purchased the item can also skip the item.
Check "Show ability to skip order cycle" in "Settings" > "Customer Account Page" > "Subscription Status".


Update contract information
In the contract information, you can change the status, next order date, notes, address, product, plan, shipping fee, delivery date and time.
If you change the contract details, the changes will be reflected from your next order. Subscription orders already created are not affected.
About status
- Active: The contract is active and orders will be created continuously according to the contents.
- Canceled: This status will be changed if the contract has been canceled or if the customer requests cancellation.
- Expired: The number of orders has reached the maximum number of purchases in the plan settings and the subscription has ended, after which no orders will be created.
- Failed: A state where the credit card payment failed for some reason and the order has not been created, and the subscription cannot be restarted.Processing when payment failsPlease check
- Suspended: Your subscription is suspended, and no orders will be created during the suspension period. If you want to restart it, change it back to "active".


About the next order creation date
Select "Change" to the right of "Next order creation date" to display the calendar.
You can select the date and time from the calendar.

About the number of consecutive skips
Displays the number of consecutive skips by the customer. When a recurring order is created, it returns to 0 and is reset.
First order
Skip: Continuous skip count "1"
Skip:Continuous skip count "2"
Second order:Continuous skip count “0” ← Reset when creating order
It is possible to limit the number of consecutive skips from the customer account page.

About displaying the customer account page
All agreements are displayed on your account page.
If you do not want to display it on the account page for some reason, such as testing, select "Do not display" from this setting and save.
*Due to Shopify specifications, created contracts cannot be deleted.You can hide it on the account page with this setting, but there is no hidden setting on the management screen.

Regarding exclusions from automatic calculation of shipping charges
If automatic calculation of shipping charges is enabled in the app's overall settings, automatic renewal can be specifically disabled for individual contracts.
If this setting is set to "Not applicable", automatic renewal will not occur and the shipping fee currently displayed in the contract will be set each time.

Regarding not being eligible for automatic renewal of specified frequency discounts
If the plan's discount settings are frequency discounts, the latest price will be referenced and updated for each subscription order.
If you want to change the product price but do not want to change the price during the subscription contract, please save this setting as "Not applicable". By doing so, the amount of the product currently displayed in the contract will be set every time.

Regarding the exclusion of automatic updates for order cycle product changes
If the plan settings are set to change the product based on the number of orders, the app will automatically change the product based on the settings.
If for some reason you want to ignore that setting and do not want to change the product, please save it as "Not applicable" with this setting.By doing so, the product will not change automatically, and the product currently displayed in the contract will be set every time.

Change contract memo
It is also possible to update the memo that allows you to write necessary information in the contract.
There is no set content, so please use it for management purposes and customer contact history.

change of address
You can change the delivery address and contact phone number from "Shipping address" on the right.
Product changes
You can change to other registered products or add products from "Subscription Products" in Product Management.

- If you want to change the product:Uncheck the original target product, check the new item and save
- When adding a product: Don't uncheck any products, check the new product and save.

The products displayed in the product change list are only those that are included in the subscription group.
If you want to change or add a product that is not included in the subscription group, you can change it using the "Manually change" button. Basically, we do not recommend this, but please use it if it is unavoidable.
If you press "Add" from the "Manually change" button, all products will be displayed, so search or select it and press "Change".
*The price displayed here is the subscription order price.
The discount rate set in the plan will not be reflected, so if a discount is required, please calculate and enter it manually.

Shipping fee changes
You can change the shipping fee by clicking "Change" to the right of the shipping fee description and entering the fee you want to apply.
Change plan
You can change to another group or change to another plan for an already registered subscription.

You can select from the list of plans set in the plan group.
If you want to change to a cycle that is not set in the plan group, you can freely set it using the "Change manually" button.

Change of delivery date and time
You can adjust the delivery date and time or change the delivery time.

If delivery date-based order creation is enabled, if you change the delivery date, the order date will be recalculated and set.
Subscription product price change
For GO SUB subscription contracts, product prices are stored separately from Shopify product information.
Therefore, even if you change the product price in the Shopify product management screen, the subscription price will not change.
*If the plan's discount setting is "Frequency discount" or if the billing cycle is set separately, the contract price will be calculated each time based on the product price set in Shopify.

If you want to change the product price for your subscription, you will need to manually change the price from your Go Sub contract information.
Open the contract you want to change from "Subscription contracts" on the app management screen and click "Change" in the subscription product section.

Select the product you want to change and click "Change"
The product already set in the subscription is selected, so if you do not need to change the product, just click the "Change" button.

If you enter the price of the product here and change it, subsequent orders will be created with the changed price.
*If a discount is applied to the subscription, please enter the price after the discount.
If the discount setting for the plan is "Frequency discount" or if a billing cycle is set
If the plan's discount setting is "Frequency discount" or if the billing cycle is set separately, the contract price will be calculated each time based on the product price set in Shopify.
After completing the order processing, GO SUB will recalculate the price of the next order based on the product price at that time and set it in the contract.
If you change the product price, the price for the next order set at that time will be the old price, and the new price will be applied from the price for the next order set after the next order is completed.

Update payment information
Payment information can be updated either directly by the customer or by submitting a request from the management screen.
If correct payment information is not saved due to expiration of credit card, etc., the subscription contract will fail. In that case, see the next section.Processing when payment failsPlease do this.
Submit a request to change payment information from the management screen
Open the applicable contract from "Subscription Contracts" and press "Change" in the "Billing" column on the right side of the screen to send an email requesting information changes to the customer.
Customers can change their information from the email they receive.
*For ShopPay, changes cannot be made via email.You need to change it from the ShopPay account screen.

Change from customer account screen
If you click "Show details" at the bottom of the applicable subscription field on the customer account screen and press the "Change payment method" button that appears, an email will be sent to you and you will be able to change your payment information using the link in the email.


Change from the customer account screen (for ShopPay)
If the payment method is ShopPay, you cannot change the payment method using the above credit card change email.Have customers log in directly to their Shop account,Please change your payment information from your Shop account.
Your subscription will be displayed in the Shop Account > Subscription field. Enter the applicable contract and update it by clicking "Update payment method".

Processing when payment fails
If your subscription contract fails to settle for any reason, you will need to reactivate it.
