To perform a bulk update, access the bulk update page from the "Others" menu on the subscription contract list page.

【How to Use】
1. Select the item to bulk update (e.g., select Status)
2. Select the new item (e.g., select Active status)
3. Apply filters to search contracts (e.g., filter contracts with payment failure status)
※ You can narrow down searches by text for next order creation date, contract status, plan group, plan, product, currency, etc.
※ Text search supports multiple conditions separated by commas. (e.g., ID, email address, customer name, etc.)

4. Select the target contract from the filtered contracts
5. Press the "Generate New Data" button
(Pressing the button will automatically generate the current target values and new values)
6. After thoroughly confirming the new values, press the "Bulk Update" button
7. After the bulk update process is complete, check the bulk update result report
The bulk change is complete following the above steps.
Notes on additional settings that do not change the next order creation date delivery date
If order creation based on delivery date isdisabled, the lead time from order date to delivery date will be permanently changed, so the lead time will apply to the next order after the next order creation.
Example (For example purposes, warehouse holidays, etc. are not taken into account)
Order cycle: Once a month
Next scheduled order creation date: January 5
Next scheduled delivery date: January 10
Store's minimum business day lead time: 5 days
= Change the next order creation date to December 28; delivery date remains unchanged =
Next scheduled order creation date: December 28
Next scheduled delivery date: January 10 (Lead time of 13 days from December 28 recorded in the contract)
After the above order creation, the next order date will be automatically set as follows
Next scheduled order creation date: January 28
Next scheduled delivery date: February 10
If order creation based on delivery date isenabled, the interval between delivery date and order date will return to the configured number of days from the order following the next order creation date.
Example (For illustration purposes, warehouse holidays etc. are not taken into account)
Order cycle: Once a month
Next order creation scheduled date: January 5
Next delivery scheduled date: January 10
Store minimum business day lead time: 5 days
= Change the next order creation date to December 28; delivery date remains unchanged =
Next order creation scheduled date: December 28
Next delivery scheduled date: January 10
After creating the above order, the next order date will be automatically set as follows
Next order creation scheduled date: February 5 (calculated based on the store's minimum business day lead time)
Next delivery scheduled date: February 10
