[Business Efficiency] How to Pre-Set Inventory Data Using Matrixify

Basic rules for file import
- For CSV file format: “my-goride- products .csv”
- For Excel file format: Sheet name “my-goride- Products .xlsx”
Required fields for adding inventory
【Basic Columns】
- ID
【Inventory / Variants】
- Variant Command
- Variant Inventory Qty
Export the products you want to add inventory to using Matrixify.
The columns required for export are as listed above.

Format the data
- ID: Exported ID
- Variant Command: UPDATE
- Variant Inventory Qty: Enter the quantity (e.g., 10)

Select the data you want to import into Matrixify and set “Scheduling” under “Options”.
You can set the schedule in the red frame.
