【January 2026 Update】Introducing New Features of GO SUB

Thank you for using GO SUB.
With the additional update in January 2026, we are now able to display custom content to prevent cancellations when a subscription is canceled!

This new feature displays a message like 'Hold on before you cancel!' when the customer presses the cancel button, encouraging them to reconsider!

We will also explain other feature fixes!

Cancellation Prevention Custom Modal Display

With this update, you can now display custom content for cancellation prevention when canceling a subscription!

Previously, when customers canceled from the account screen, it would simply end with either a cancellation or a survey. However, with this new feature, an additional step can be added before the cancellation is completed, allowing you to inform customers about the benefits of the product and options such as skipping or pausing.

It is also recommended to display contact information and other details in this content.

"I actually just want to take a break for a while but don't know how" or "I want to switch to another product but the process seems cumbersome, so I'll just cancel", etc., can be effectively utilized for customers who have not fully committed to cancellation完.

Function fixes related to the BOX feature

The following two updates have fixed the issue where it was possible to accidentally purchase 0 BOXes.

Changed the minimum quantity limit for the entire BOX to "1".
Implemented measures to prevent adding or changing blank BOXes from the My Page.

Purchase option settings from the Shopify product information page (not recommended)

We have changed the specifications so that when purchase options are added from the Shopify product information page, they are also added to the BOX settings.
However, since unexpected errors may occur, please add products from the subscription plan group settings within the GO SUB app instead of linking subscription groups from the product.
