[October 2025 Update] Introducing GO SUB's new features
Thank you for using GO SUB.
In the additional update in October 2025,You can now add bundled items to your subscription orders!
We can meet customer requests such as "I order monthly as a subscription, but I want to add ○○ to my next order only" or "I want to add it to my monthly subscription because there is a shipping fee if I buy just one item."
We will also explain other updates and feature fixes!

Add non-subscription products
With this update, we've implemented the ability to add non-subscription products to subscription products.
By using this function,I want to add that item to next month's order only.","It's too cheap to buy just one, so I'd like to add it to my monthly subscription and have it delivered together.We will respond to customer requests such as:

Set additional target products on the GO SUB management screen
GO SUB > Subscription Plan Group > Select the desired plan group.
In "3. Products outside of subscription (optional)", select the products you can add.
The maximum number of products that can be added is 250. You cannot add more than that or include all products in the store.
How to add products from your account
If non-subscription products have been added to the subscription plan group on the settings screen above, a button to add products will be displayed in the contract list of your customer account.
Once the item is added, it will be added to your next order.
After the next order is completed,Any non-subscription items will be automatically removed from your contract and you will be returned to your regular subscription..
If no additional products have been set in the subscription plan group on the app admin screen, you will not be able to add products from the customer screen.
How to add products in the admin screen
Go to GO SUB > Subscription Agreements and open the relevant agreement.
Click "Change" to the right of the "Non-subscription products for your next order" field.
Select the product you want to add in the next modal, confirm the price on the next screen, and then click the Change button to complete the addition.
Products outside of subscriptions are not subject to plan discounts, so the price set in Shopify will be displayed.
Change the price here if necessary.
Once setup is complete, non-subscription products will be added to your contract.
After the next order is completed,Any non-subscription items will be automatically removed from your contract and you will be returned to your regular subscription..
Recalculating shipping costs (settings required)
If you want to recalculate shipping costs due to an increase or decrease in the number of items, you will need to turn on the recalculation function from the app settings screen.

*Even if recalculation is turned on in the above settings, it may take a few seconds to a few minutes for the app to recalculate and display the shipping fee.
If it doesn't change immediately, refresh the page.
Change name order when Japanese is selected
If the language setting on the Shopify admin screen is Japanese, the order in which names are displayed has been changed to "Last name → First name."
For names other than Japanese, the display order will be "first name -> last name."
Displaying card brands and Shop Pay as payment methods on customer account pages
The card brand, four-digit card number, and expiration date are now displayed.
Also, when using Shop Pay, "Shop Pay" will be displayed.
Additionally, any payment methods that you have set as invalid or deleted will be disabled and will no longer be available for selection.
This update will prevent you from accidentally selecting invalid payment information.
Added a message when changing the payment method on Shop Pay
If your customers use Shop Pay and want to change the payment information associated with their subscription, then they need to change it through their Shop Pay account information, not through the app or Shopify customer page.
In this update, we have made changes to make the content clearer.
Support for new Shopify themes such as Horizon
Supports new Shopify themes such as Horizon.
Until now, GO SUB has been available for products without variations (product options) as usual, but with this update, it can now also be used for products with variations such as size and color set within the same product.
