[August 2025 Update] Introducing GO SUB's new features


Thank you for using GO SUB.
The notification function has been revamped with an additional update in August 2025!
We have added some very useful features, so we think you will find it even easier to use.
In this article, we will also introduce other minor updates, so please check it out.

Notification feature update


The following 10 new email notifications have been added to the notification function.
You can check this on your notification settings page.


  • Delivery date change email
    This will be sent to you when the delivery date and time of your next order has been changed.

  • Next order date change email
    This will be sent to you when your next order date is changed.

  • Skip emails for subscription orders
    This will be sent to you the next time you skip an order.

  • Subscription Product Change Email
    This will be sent to you when the items in your next order are changed.

  • Subscription plan change email
    This will be sent to you when the plan for your next order has been changed.

  • Subscription Box Change Email
    This will be sent to you when the box for your next order is changed.

  • Subscription suspension email
    Sent to you when your subscription is suspended.

  • Subscription contract validity email
    Sent to you when your subscription becomes active.

  • Subscription cancellation email
    Sent to you when your subscription is cancelled.

  • Subscription expiration email
    Sent to you when your subscription expires

*There will be no changes to the existing emails listed below.


  • Pre-order confirmation email
    Sent to you before your subscription order is created.

  • Payment failure notification email
    Sent to you when your credit card payment fails

  • Subscription contract initiation email
    Sent to you when your subscription begins.

  • Subscription renewal emails
    You will receive a notification when your subscription is renewed.


Liquid variables available in email templates


With this update, the Liquid variables available in email templates have also been unified and can now be viewed from the email settings page.

*If there is a code error in Liquid, the email may not be sent.
Please check the template carefully before using it.

Flow Renewal


We've added a new flow with Shopify's latest CLI.
Currently, you can continue to use the existing flow, but due to Shopify specifications, we may no longer be able to support it in the future.
Therefore, we recommend using the new flow going forward.



*Older flows have "(Legacy)" added to the flow name.


Maximum business day lead time setting is applied to delivery date calculation


Previously, when changing delivery dates on the calendar on your customer account page, we took into account the maximum lead time for business days and controlled which days were unavailable for selection.

With this update, the new feature will also be applied to the display and calculation of delivery dates for your next order on the contract details page and customer account page in the app admin panel.
Additionally, you can now check your store's delivery date and time settings from the contract details page in the app management screen.



Increased the order count limit for the order tag function


Previously, the order tag feature had a limit of 100 orders, but this has now been expanded to 250.
 *The sync function will continue to support a maximum of 52 items.


Optimized loading of app block translation files


Optimized the loading of translation files in the App Block to improve performance.

Fixed a bug that updated the price of the parent product of the BOX on the customer account page.


When changing a child product in a BOX from the customer account page, if the variant of the parent product is not changed, the price of the parent product would not be updated.
We have fixed this bug and the price is now updated correctly.
