[March 2026 Update] Introducing GO SUB's new features

Thank you for using GO SUB.
An additional update in March 2026 added support for automatic product changes based on order cycles!

This function can be broadly divided into two types.

Step type: Continue with the last specified product
Loop type: The specified product is delivered in a loop

This article will introduce this major update and explain the following new features:

Individual settings for My Page for each plan group
"Hide plan" setting on product page
Ability to change discount types for existing plans

Step type: Continue with the last specified product

This type is ideal for transitioning from a sample to the actual product, or for selling a set product only initially and then continuing to sell only a portion of the product thereafter.

example:

Cosmetics and hair care: Purchase of sample products automatically converts to a subscription for the actual product
Tea: Tea leaves and bottle set for first time → Tea leaves only from second time onwards

Loop type: The specified product is delivered in a loop

This type is ideal if you want to vary the products delivered with each subscription order.

example:

Sweets and coffee: Set the loop to 12 times and select a different product for each, so you can enjoy a different flavor every month.
Aroma: First purchase is with a diffuser set → From the second purchase onwards, you will receive only a different aroma essence each time

Individual settings for My Page for each plan group

It is now possible to set "My Page Operations" individually for each plan group.

Previously, the ability to change, add, or change the quantity of products could be set globally across the entire app, but now you can override this setting for specific plan groups only.

For example: Even if all functions are permitted in the overall settings, you can flexibly operate the system by only allowing quantity changes for specific plans.

"Hide plan" setting on product page

It is now possible to set "Plan Hidden" on product pages.

You can set certain plans to not be displayed on the product page, but only available by "changing products from My Page", etc.

Usage scenarios: This is useful if you do not want to accept initial orders and only want to offer the product as a replacement for existing customers (such as an upgrade).
By combining this with the aforementioned "Order Cycle Product Change" function, more flexible periodic management becomes possible.

Change the discount type of an existing plan

You can now change the type of discount (number of times discount/continuation discount) for plans that have already been set up!

However, if you already have a contract linked to the plan, please be careful. Please be sure to read and understand the following points before making any changes.

Change to multiple-use discount: This applies to existing contracts from the second order onwards. (The amount of the next order is calculated based on the settings before the change and will not be automatically changed.)
Change to continuation discount: The price of existing contracts will not change and will continue at the price at the time of change.
