We have expanded the search filters for the contract list. Each now supports searching with multiple conditions.

• Payment Information (Completed, Incomplete, No Payment Info)
• Plan Group
• Plan
• Next Order Creation Date
• Scheduled Delivery Date
• Products under contract
• Product variations under contract
• Destination country
• Destination prefecture

Additionally, the same search filters have been added to the bulk contract renewal screen. This enables more flexible contract management.

Added prefecture-specific settings to the business day lead times for delivery date settings.

Business day lead time refers to the number of days from the order creation date to the delivery date, excluding holidays and regular days off.

With the ability to set by prefecture, you can allow more lead time for delivery date specifications in specific regions.

GO SUB now allows you to change the app block text for the storefront. Some texts use variables whose values change depending on the plan settings and contracts, and help text has been added regarding these variables.

For example, you can freely change "{num}% OFF" to "{num}% discount" and so on.
Variables not listed in the help text cannot be used within that text box.

The bulk update feature has been expanded.

This can be used when creating orders in advance for shipping processing but without changing the delivery date setting.

※Important Notes※

If order creation based on delivery date is disabled, the lead time from the order date to the delivery date will be permanently changed, so the lead time will be applied to the next order after the next order creation.

Example (for illustration purposes, warehouse holidays etc. are not taken into account)

Order cycle: once a month
Next order creation scheduled date: January 5
Next scheduled delivery date: January 10
Store's minimum business day lead time: 5 days

= Change the next order creation date to December 28, delivery date remains unchanged =

Next order creation scheduled date: December 28
Next scheduled delivery date: January 10 (Lead time of 13 days from December 28 is recorded in the contract)

After the above order creation, the date of the next order is automatically set as follows

Next order creation scheduled date: January 28
Next scheduled delivery date: February 10

If order creation based on delivery date is enabled, the interval between the delivery date and the order date for orders after the next order creation date will return to the number of days set in the settings.

Example (for illustration purposes, warehouse holidays, etc. are not taken into account)

Order cycle: once a month
Next scheduled order creation date: January 5
Next scheduled delivery date: January 10
Store's minimum business lead time: 5 days

= Change the next order creation date to December 28, delivery date remains unchanged =

Next scheduled order creation date: December 28
Next scheduled delivery date: January 10

After the above order creation, the next order date will be automatically set as follows

Next scheduled order creation date: February 5 (calculated based on the store's minimum business lead time)
Next scheduled delivery date: February 10

You can now delete specific products in bulk.

Additionally, if the only product in the contract is the selected product, you can optionally set whether to cancel the contract. If you run this with the option OFF, the process will be skipped and nothing will be done even if the only product in the contract is the selected product.

It is now possible to display the deadline for contract changes on the customer's My Page.
This is displayed when the change prevention policy is set and text display is enabled. The displayed text can be freely changed in the settings.

If you want to change the font size or color of the text, you can adjust it with CSS.
