About the end of use of the old subscription app and the migration associated with it

The SHOPIFY official announced that the old subscription app will not be available.

This is a subscription app that uses external payments, which was provided before the Shopify official Subscription API was released.

With the release of the Shopify official Subscription API, the use of apps that support the Subscription API (currently only SHOPIFY PAYMENT) has begun.

Until now, both were available, but with the official SHOPIFY announcement,After October 18, 2024Subscription API does not use the settlement apps that support the payment, will not be able to accept or process orders.

In addition, we provideGO SUB uses Shopify official Subscription API, so you can use it without any problems even if the old subscription app is used.

We provide free transition support from other companies apps.

* Free migration support is up to 100 contracts, so if the number of transition contracts exceeds 100, it will be estimated separately.

We also support the migration from the old subscription app (such as Bold Subscriptions V1, Recharge Subscriptions V1), which will be used this time, so please feel free to contact us.

If the old subscription is used and you are not using SHOPIFY PAYMENTSTransferred to SHOPIFY PAYMENTS before the app shiftI need to have it.
This is not included in our free transition support, so please contact SHOPIFY support directly.
Once the transition to SHOPIFY PAYMENTS is completed, we will provide free transition to GOSUB.
