2. Can't sell to regions where delivery is not possible? Simplification of inventory sales rules.
Official ChangeLog: Products can no longer be sold outside of configured shipping zones.
Inventory sales rules are unified to 'Shipping Zone Standards'!

The option to 'Sell from all locations to all shipping zones' has been abolished.

Purchases are only possible if inventory is available in the zones permitted by the shipping settings.

Checkout to zones without inventory is no longer allowed.
