🎨 1. The theme store is now easier to search and implement!

📝 Update Overview

  • The UI of the theme store has been revamped, making it easy to filter by industry and design type
  • Theme previews are now clearer, making differences in layout and functionality immediately apparent
  • Themes you like can be added with one click, and you can jump directly to the editing screen.

  • It's easy to choose themes without getting lost, and even beginners can operate intuitively.
  • You can quickly compare and try multiple themes, streamlining the production flow.
  • If you think, 'This might be a little off?', you can switch immediately, allowing for flexible operation.

💸 2. The combination of discount links and cart codes is now possible!

📝 Update Overview

  • Discounts automatically applied via links can now be used together with manually entered coupons!
  • You can now set whether each discount code can be used together.

  • You can use a set of SNS links + newsletter coupons.
  • It also prevents confusion like, 'Wait, why isn't the discount applying...?'.

  • Don't forget to set the discounts you want to use together as 'can be used together' in the management screen.
  • Two percentage discounts on the same product are generally not allowed (only the higher one is valid).
  • If you communicate that 'they can be used together', it can reduce customer service inquiries.

🌐 3. Image ALT text is now multilingual!

📝 Update Overview

  • Enable language-specific translations for alt text (alternative text) for product images!
  • Enter translations for each image from the admin panel, and they will automatically switch according to the language change.

  • Multilingual SEO is enhanced, and we can expect traffic from image searches.
  • Screen reader compatible, creating a user-friendly store.
  • Descriptions that match the display language will appear, making it friendly for overseas users.
  • Even when images are not displayed, alternative text is well-supported.

🔧 Flow of settings

  • Select the images you want to translate from 'Content Translation' or the theme editor.
  • Enter content in the alt text field for each language (e.g.: "Freshly baked croissant" → '焼きたてのクロワッサン').
  • Once saved, it will automatically reflect according to the store language.

👉 Perfect update for stores that want to enhance support for overseas users and accessibility!
If there are images without alt text, it's a good idea to prepare the translations at this time as well.

📦 4. A new report on inventory adjustment history has arrived.

  • A new report is now available to check the log of inventory increases and decreases (who adjusted it, when, and why)!
  • You can filter and display the history of manual adjustments and returns, and CSV output is also available.

  • You can quickly see 'who did what' during inventory troubles.
  • You can see the operation history by staff, which improves warehouse management accuracy.
  • Safe to use even for customer service responses like returns and mis-shipments.
  • Can be directly utilized for inventory checks and weekly reports.

  • "The stock was at 0..." → Quickly identify who made the operation
  • "I thought I returned it, but it's not back" → Check for processing omissions
  • "For some reason, the stock is high" → Check for registration errors or duplicate operations

📌 Where can it be viewed?

  • Product management → Inventory → You can check from "History"
  • CSV output is also convenient for internal checks and reports!

👉 The visualization of inventory is progressing, greatly contributing to preventing mistakes and tracing causes.
This is a significant update that helps the field teams collaborating with the warehouse and CS team!

💳 5. Refunds can be issued as store credit upon return

📝 Update Overview

  • "Store credit" has been added as a refund method during returns!
  • A credit equivalent to the refund amount will be issued to your account and can be used automatically for your next purchase.
  • It can be used like a gift card as a payment method.

💡 This is convenient!

  • Instead of cash, you get a refund in-store → Easier to encourage repurchase!
  • Returns of sale items and limited products can also be handled gently.
  • The options for customer service responses expand, increasing customer satisfaction.

🔧 How to use it?

  • Just choose 'Refund with store credit' during the return process.
  • The credit will be automatically displayed during your next purchase.
  • Partial or full refunds are okay. The amount can be adjusted.
  • It's reassuring to have the policy and FAQ properly set up before use.

  • Returns of seasonal products → Lead to repurchase next year.
  • Refunds for sale items → Minimize losses from discounts.
  • Offer as a 'next time trial' in response to complaints or dissatisfaction.
