February 2025 Update: Introduction of New Go Sub Features
Thank you for always using Go Sub.
With the February 2025 update, we've added a feature that lets you update contract information in bulk!
This article will explain the details and how to use it, so please be sure to check it out.
Bulk Contract Update Feature
With this update, a new bulk contract update feature has been added.
You can now update up to 100 items at once from the following list.
・Status
・Product Price
・Shipping Fee
・Next Order Creation Date and Time
・Order Cycle
・Number of Days from Delivery Date to Renewal
・Delivery Time Slot
If you want to perform a bulk update,
you can access the bulk update page from the “Other” menu on the subscription contract list page.

[How to Use]
1. Select the item you want to update (e.g., select status)
2. Choose the new item (e.g., select an active status)
3. Apply filters to search for contracts (e.g., filter contracts by status such as settlement failed)
*You can narrow down your search by contract status, plan group, plan, product, currency, etc. using text filters.

4. From the contracts with filters applied, select the relevant contract.
5. Click the "Generate New Data" button.
(When you click the button, the current and new values for the selected item will be generated automatically.)
6. After thoroughly confirming the new values, click the "Bulk Update" button.
7. Once the bulk update process is complete, check the bulk update result report.
With the above steps, the bulk update is complete.

We have received inquiries asking if individual changes are required when product prices are updated.
This update was made to improve functionality based on this feedback!
