PROJECT OVERVIEW

Tabio has tremendous approval from Japanese customers. To convey the brand’s strengths of uncompromising quality, and commitment to craftsmanship, we created a website with a focus on visuals and contents. Aiming for further growth, we’ve provided total support from Shopify store renewal to digital marketing.

RESULT

We succeeded in our midterm goals of increasing brand awareness and sales during Black Friday/Cyber Monday, through strategic planning and execution of content marketing. To reach customers on a deeper level, we bolstered the media used to convey the brand’s values and story, conducting video shoots in Los Angeles and Japan, as well as having contents, including the campaign landing page, checked by native speakers in-house. We designed and wrote an E-newsletter with relevant information to be sent to existing customers, and worked with Instagram influencers effective in branding and purchase promotion to help capture new customers. Upon the product being selected for inclusion in Fashion & Lifestyle magazine GQ’s “GQ Best Stuff Subscription Box,” we worked on including a contact point, paper tag design, and further content production. We’ve worked with multiple offline events to directly appeal to customers, such as promotional booths at the across-America “Night Nation Run” festival, and pop-up stores at several WeWork locations around the U.S.
