Created the 9th Port logo, which is the core to its brand identity, building the e-commerce site on Shopify, and providing total support for digital marketing, including initial site setup, design, coding, and app research and implementation on Shopify.

A simple UI/UX was adopted to encourage the purchase of set products, which make up the majority of the EC product line. Based on the theory of lifestyle EC, we designed a flow line that allows users to select variations such as sets and colors, and to easily move around the site. Emphasis was also placed on ease of operation and updating after launch. In the “My Page” section, we implemented functions that allow customers to cancel orders and issue delivery receipts by themselves, as well as review and point applications. As for digital marketing, we started to operate Instagram and Facebook on behalf of the client in order to acquire customer lists even before the launch based on the annual strategy planning, and also linked up with Shopify to strengthen the inflow to EC from SNS channels. We also provide support for Google, Instagram, and Facebook advertising. We also filmed and edited content for use on the web and social media.
