GO RIDE manages the Shopify store operations for "HIROSHI KATO," an American denim brand for the US market.

Example: Introduction of live chat function for HIROSHI KATO
In response to a request to make it easier for customers to contact us beyond just email, we proposed a solution to add a live chat function. By utilizing features already available in the customer service tool, we implemented live chat with AI auto-response, improving customer UX and partially automating inquiry handling.

UI/UX Improvement: We work together to enhance user experience through improvements such as purchase flow and mobile optimization. We also make it easier for administrators to update the store without coding knowledge by improving admin usability and update capabilities.
