Project Overview

We were responsible for the total support of 9th Port, including designing the core brand identity through the logo, building the e-commerce site on Shopify, and providing digital marketing services. On Shopify, we handled the initial site setup, design, coding, and app research and implementation.

We adopted a simple UI/UX design to encourage the purchase of bundled products, which make up the majority of the product offerings on the site. Based on the best practices for lifestyle-oriented e-commerce, we designed an easy-to-navigate flow, allowing customers to select sets, colors, and other variations while ensuring smooth site navigation.

On the My Page section, we implemented features such as the ability to cancel orders, issue invoices, leave reviews, and manage points.

For digital marketing, we developed an annual strategy and started managing Instagram and Facebook accounts prior to launch to build a customer list. We also integrated these channels with Shopify to drive traffic from social media to the e-commerce site. Additionally, we supported advertising operations on Google, Instagram, and Facebook, and handled the shooting and editing of content for web and social media use.
