Founded in 2019, this product brand is based in Ehime Prefecture, with the concept of "Create, Play, Know – Bringing these into everyday life." The brand director, Mayo Iba, is also a graphic designer. Items reflect the sense and imagination she has cultivated through her experience in art direction. Each product, from the idea stage to its creation, is carefully crafted with attention to detail.

In an era overflowing with products, the brand aims to create "one-of-a-kind" items that can only be found here, adding a unique touch to everyday life through original craftsmanship.

Project Overview

This project involved migrating from Stores to Shopify. We renewed the e-commerce site by integrating it with the corporate site, which had been separate. We incorporated the brand concept and content into Shopify, and were responsible for design proposals, site construction, theme customization, as well as app installation and configuration.

While consulting with the team members who regularly handle customer interactions, we focused on designing a user-friendly navigation flow to enhance the overall user experience.

We carefully designed the site with attention to detail, including fonts, colors, and spacing, to effectively communicate the brand image. The design, utilizing the transparent background images provided, resulted in a sophisticated and polished look.

For functionality, we focused on making the site easy to update with a no-code approach. We designed it to allow content to be added for each product, making it easy to display product features, care instructions, and timely information. This enables an exciting shopping experience every time visitors come to the site.

In addition to customer services like points and favorites, we introduced a subscription app in anticipation of new service offerings, creating a store that embodies a thoughtful and welcoming approach to customer service.
