Measures for this sub -school x points

Let's make the following settings.


  • 1000 points at the time of sub -skop contract (when the first order is completed)

  • 100 points when the third order is completed

  • 100 points when the 5th order is completed

  • 500 points when the 10th order is completed

  • 20 points each time the order is completed

What is Shopify Flow?

Shopify Flow is a free marketing automation tool that automates various tasks in the Shopify store.

Open Flow from the app, click "Create Workflow" to open the workflow creation screen.
(If you have never created a workflow in the past, the screen will be slightly different, but if you choose a workflow, it will transition to the same screen).

Details for each trigger action

[Starting]

The trigger that the Flow ignites is when an order is created. Select from the options or search for "Order Created" in the search box.


[Waiting time]

Next, connect the flow and put the waiting for 20 seconds. I guess it's probably necessary for 20 seconds, so it's okay to reduce the number of seconds.
Once the order is created, the GOSUB app tags the target order. If the flow is completed before the tag is completed, it will not be completed correctly, so we have a little waiting here.


[In the following cases, confirm ...]

After waiting, we will branch off.

Make sure the tag "Subscription-Count: 1" is included in the order tag. This "Subscription-Count: 1" is a tag that means "the first subscription order" given by GOSUB.


[Execute below]

Give points only when tags are included in the conditional branch. (This time, Loloyal is taken as an example)

Please change the contents as needed.

Create FLOW for the third, fifth and 10th time using the duplicate function

The Flow used in the third, fifth and tenth points is almost the same as those created in the previous section. Here we create the same Flow using "duplication".

Click "Confirmation ..." in the duplicated Flow to change the contents of the tag.
In the following cases, enter the tag for the third time, in the fifth time, "Subscription-Count: 5", and for the 10th time, "Subscription-Count: 10".


Don't forget to change the contents of the points. Please change the content that suits each measure.

Add conditions for points to be ordered every time

In the previous section, the number of times has been specified and special points have been given. This time, we will create a Flow that returns points each time you order a sub -skirt.

It will be created based on what you created in the previous section, so let's duplicate it.


Set the action settings of the conditional branch as follows.

Includes "Gosub-Subscription" (tags given to all gosub orders)
and It does not include the tags of "Subscription-Count: 1", "Subscription-Count: 3", "Subscription-Count: 5", and "Subscription-Count: 10".

We are setting. First, 3rd, 5th, 10th I have already given a special point in the previous section So to that If you do not want to add 20 points continuous benefits Please set it like this.


If it is OK even if it is OK even if it is OK with special points + continuation benefits, it is OK only with the setting that includes "GOSUB-SUBSRIPTION".
