PROJECT OVERVIEW

We developed this VITAL PROTEINS online store optimized for the Japanese market while basing the design off of their US store. Using a Shopify Plus environment, we customized the theme to their needs, implemented a landing page, integrated an email automation service and order management system with the store. We also implemented a subscription app to encourage people to incorporate VITAL PROTEINS into their daily routine. When it comes to Shopify development, we worked on the initial setup, design, app investigation/installation and theme customization throughout their store, including checkout as they are using Shopify Plus.

RESULT

To make it simple and easy to compare options, the product section with subscription purchase options, which is the cornerstone of the site, displays three different size variants with discounted subscription price for each. Discounts are applied for each subscription cycle. On the cart page, customers can select the delivery date and time, and on the My Page, customers can pause, resume, skip and cancel subscriptions with only a few clicks, change credit card information, and edit shipping address and next delivery date. The order management system integration allows centralized management of orders, inventory, and customers from multiple mall channels, reducing the operational costs. For future updates of the store, it’s set up and designed to allow merchants to intuitively update, create, and operate landing pages/blogs. The landing page is made for the merchant to be able to edit later with as little coding as possible.
