In addition to their products, they are actively involved in supporting the gaming community through sponsorships, enabling people to do even more with their technology.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We conducted several rounds of interviews to understand the challenges faced in daily EC operations and the expectations for the upcoming redesign. Based on the feedback, it was decided to align the design with the global EC platform, and we took on the responsibility of implementing this design into Shopify. This included theme customization, development, proposing and installing the necessary apps, creating manuals, and providing training sessions. We worked closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather their feedback and requests, incorporating customizations to the site’s navigation and interface. We also supported the implementation of various apps, including enhanced filtering and search functions, back-in-stock notifications, reviews, favorites, wholesale capabilities, delivery date selection, and invoicing.

RESULT

ased on the provided brand guidelines and design comps, we created the website design. With the background of aiming to become a “manufacturer that can compete globally,” we focused on creating a refined and sophisticated user experience. During the migration, some product registrations had to be done manually, which caused some inconvenience. However, we designed the system to allow for the mass production of product templates, enabling the creation of rich, content-filled pages. On the product pages, we customized features such as the scrolling behavior of specific menus, which remain fixed while scrolling, as well as the integration of product specs, videos, and links to various sales channels.
