About Plus Shipping
Plus Shipping is the only Shopify-exclusive shipping app in Japan that can achieve both reduced shipping costs and improved operational efficiency.
You can contract with the three major domestic delivery service providers in Japan: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post, all through one app, and use their services at a lower price than the public rates. We can accommodate shipments starting from one package, and we offer options for pickup or drop-off, as well as refrigerated and frozen delivery.
It is fully integrated with the Shopify management screen, allowing for centralized management of everything from order data synchronization, selection of delivery services, date and time specification, shipping fee payment, label printing, shipping notification emails, to automatic linking of tracking numbers. There is no need for complicated CSV upload tasks, and you can easily print labels directly from Shopify.

Plus Shipping Fees

With Plus Shipping, we offer three pricing plans based on the number of shipments.
All plans do not require monthly contracts or manual switching and are determined based on the shipping performance over the past three billing cycles. If you have made fewer than three payments since starting to use the app, the plan will be set based on the survey content at the time of registration.

Silver Plan: Less than a total of 75 shipments over three billing cycles (i.e., an average of less than 25 shipments per month)

Gold Plan: A total of 75 shipments or more over three billing cycles (i.e., an average of 25 shipments or more per month)

Platinum Plan: A total of 300 shipments or more over three billing cycles (i.e., an average of 100 shipments or more per month)
The Silver and Gold Plans are available with all carriers, while the Platinum Plan is compatible with Sagawa Express.
Shipping fees are subject to a special preferential rate for Plus Shipping users, allowing you to use them at a significantly better price than the standard contract.

How to Use Plus Shipping

①Complete the installation and initial setup of the app
First, install 'Plus Shipping' from the Shopify App Store. After adding the app, proceed with the initial setup by entering basic information, shipping information, and payment information according to the on-screen instructions.
Select the shipping carriers you want to use (Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post) during the setup and link your accounts. Depending on your contract status with the carriers, you may receive confirmation or adjustment communications.
Once registration and setup are complete, enable the subscription in the Shopify admin panel. This will complete the integration between Plus Shipping and Shopify, preparing you to start your shipping operations.
②Reflect order data and create shipping labels
Once the initial setup is complete, the order information received from Shopify will automatically sync with Plus Shipping. With Plus Shipping, there is no need to manually transcribe order details, and you can directly proceed with shipping preparations from the management screen.
Select the orders you want to ship and specify the shipping service to be used, and the shipping label will be automatically generated. You can also process multiple orders at once, making it efficient for stores with a high volume of shipments.
When you print the shipping label, the tracking number will automatically reflect in the Shopify order information, allowing for centralized management of shipping status. A major advantage of Plus Shipping is that it allows you to complete all tasks that were previously dispersed across different tools directly within Shopify.
③ Automate pickups and tracking notifications
Once the printing of the shipping label is complete, you can directly request a pickup from the carrier through the app.
After collection, the tracking number will be automatically added to the shipping notification email sent to the buyer. The email is sent automatically, allowing the buyer to check the shipping status with one click. This automation reduces the hassle of handling inquiries and manually updating statuses, enabling smoother business operations.
Once set up, the entire process from 'order → shipment → notification' will be carried out automatically, allowing stores with fewer staff to maintain a stable shipping system.
