All products are authenticated by our experienced in-house experts, and the official OKURA ONLINE STORE offers a wide range of branded items at special prices unique to our store.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This project involved migrating from Stores to Shopify. We undertook a complete renewal by integrating the e-commerce site with the corporate website. We translated the brand concept and content into Shopify, handling the design proposal, site construction, theme customization, and app installation and configuration. In collaboration with the team responsible for customer service, we focused on creating a user-friendly navigation experience.

RESULT

To ensure the brand image was effectively conveyed, we paid close attention to details such as fonts, colors, and whitespace during the design process. Using the transparent background images provided, we achieved a sophisticated design. In terms of functionality, we customized the site with the goal of making it easy to update without coding. Each product page was designed to allow for easy input of informational content, such as product features, care instructions, and timely updates. This made it easier to keep the site fresh, providing a shopping experience that delights visitors every time. Additionally, customer services like points and favorites were implemented, and with an eye toward future service expansion, we also introduced a subscription app, creating a store that truly reflects the spirit of hospitality.
