Project Overview

This project involved the development of a new cross-border e-commerce site targeting the U.S. and European markets using Shopify. The main challenge was how to effectively communicate the superior quality of Japanese leather products to international customers through the e-commerce site. Our team handled everything from design proposals and site development to theme customization and app configuration, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.

The entire site was unified with a brown color scheme to evoke the essence of leather products, creating a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. For the font, we chose the sleek and highly legible Amiri typeface, balancing a high-end feel with user-friendliness. Functionality-wise, we implemented features like a favorites function and a preview option, making it easier for international customers—who may be unfamiliar with Japanese "randoseru" backpacks—to navigate and make purchases comfortably.
