Disable "Buy Now" button if valid payment information is not linked

If payment information is not linked to your contract, or if the linked payment information has been invalidated, the "Buy Now" button on your My Page will be disabled.

Since attempting to create an order without valid payment information will result in failure, we disabled the order button because payment information is required first.
