Added Setting for Business Day Lead Time by Prefecture
Added prefecture-specific settings to the business day lead time for delivery date settings.
Business day lead time refers to the number of days from the order creation date to the delivery date, excludingholidays and regular days off.
The range between the shortest and longest business day lead times is the date range customers can select for delivery on their account page.
When order creation based on delivery date is enabled, the days set here indicate the range from 'how many days after today' to 'how many days after today'.
With the ability to set by prefecture, this can be used when you want to allow more flexibility in delivery date selection only for specific regions.
