You can now respond to surveys even when canceling from the management screen

If you have enabled the cancellation survey in your My Page settings, you can now register your responses even when changing the status to canceled from the management screen.

Even if you accept cancellation by phone or email, you can register the reason for cancellation on the management screen.
Even if an answer is required in the account page settings, it is not required to answer on the management screen and you can register even if it is not selected.
