Bugfix: Fixed button display issue on customer account page.
On the customer count page's contract list, some change buttons were still displayed even for canceled contracts. We have corrected this so that all buttons are hidden for canceled contracts.
(If contract resumption is enabled, only the resumption button will be displayed.)
