Q. Could you tell us about AERO CRAFT COFFEE?
AERO CRAFT COFFEE opened a small roastery in a residential neighborhood in Chiyoda, Yotsukaido City, in the winter of 2025. In this lush, green neighborhood, filled with the cheerful voices of children, we want to make everyday coffee more delicious and more accessible. AERO CRAFT COFFEE was born from this simple idea.
We select high-quality, distinctive single-origin coffees from around the world, roast them with care to bring out each bean’s unique character, and strive every day to make them taste even better.
About our name...
“Aero” evokes air and the sky.
“Aerocraft” (aircraft) represents a longing for the sky and a sense of curiosity.
“Craft” stands for artisan skill and careful craftsmanship.
These are the ideas behind the name AERO CRAFT COFFEE.
Q. Who would you like to use AERO CRAFT COFFEE products, and how would you like them to use them?
First and foremost, we want to be aplace that brings joy to the local community simply by being here, through the deliciousness of our coffee and the connections between people and lively atmosphere that grow from it.
On top of that, we hope people who live far away and can’t visit, as well as customers who discover us through their interest in a particular lot, will also be able toenjoy AERO coffee with ease through our online store.

AERO CRAFT COFFEE operates a roastery in Yotsukaido City, Chiba Prefecture. We were struck by their strong commitment to serving the local community and helping people nearby enjoy coffee.
The roastery also has seating, so it looks like a lovely place to enjoy a freshly brewed cup.
Q. Could you tell us more about the products you offer?
Ethiopian Natural (GUJI DIMTU)has been a popular staple since we first opened. However, as a seasonal agricultural product, it isn’t always available for continuous sale, so the beans we offer change periodically.
We recommend our subscription, which sends you AERO’s pick of the moment.
Q. Could you tell us what led you to choose GO SUB and how you’ve found using it?
We chose GO SUB because of thecomprehensive supportduring the service migration, and because we were impressed by theintuitive, flexiblesubscription settings, including cycle and discount options.

Q. Which products and features do you use with GO SUB?
We’ve introduced discounts based on subscription length.
Each delivery includes two single-origin coffees selected by AERO. Every season, we choose and deliver the most delicious coffee available at that time.
You can choose either whole beans or ground coffee, so you can purchase whichever suits your preference and change your selection during your subscription.
Q. Finally, could you tell us about your vision for the future?
We hope to grow into a coffee shop beloved by the local community, and not just in Japan
